Rights, likeness & consent.
We only recreate a real, living person's likeness or voice with explicit consent or proper rights clearance. Public-domain historical figures are handled with respect for the record. Not every historical figure is fully open, either - Albert Einstein's likeness, for example, is administered by the Hebrew University of Jerusalem under his estate. We check the rights position before we begin.
